Grilled Caesar Salad
This twist on Caesar salad is made on the grill!
- 4 heads Private Selectionâ„˘ Artisan Lettuce, halved
- 1 baguette, bias cut into 16 pieces
- 8 oz. Caesar dressing
- Olive oil spray
- 4 oz. shaved Parmesan cheese
- Cracked black pepper
Make croutons by brushing both sides of baguette slices with dressing, then grill in shallow pan until toasted, about 1-2 minutes.
Spray cut side of lettuce with olive oil. Grill for 2-3 minutes on cut edge. When done, spray other side, flip and grill.
Cut lettuce in half, drizzle with dressing and top with Parmesan. Serve with baguette croutons and cracked black pepper.
