

Cherry and Peach Kebabs with Cinnamon Glaze
Fresh grilled fruit makes a great summer dessert.

Ingredients
- 8 (10”) bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 20 minutes
- 4 ripe but firm peaches, cut into eighths
- 32 cherries, pitted
- ÂĽ cup butter, melted
- ÂĽ cup honey
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- ÂĽ tsp. salt
Directions
Heat gas grill to medium heat, or heat charcoal until ashes are white.
Thread peach, 2 cherries, peach, 2 cherries, peach, 2 cherries and peach onto each skewer. In a bowl, whisk together butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt; set aside.
Oil grill grate; place kebabs on grill. Cook, turning occasionally 6-10 minutes until grill marked and slightly tender. Brush with honey cinnamon mixture. Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
